He’s athletic, soft, and extremely responsive, Cheese is a very sensitive horse with a lot of go and forward motion in all gaits- He offers a smooth walk, a collected jog, and both an extended trot and canter. His stop is solid, rollback crisp, and he’s working on developing a nice spin. He’s the type you can take out with confidence .— he knows his job and enjoys it.
