Ambassador
Aka; Bass
Bass is a super cute 15.1 hand palomino paint gelding with a heart of gold and a captivating personality! This horse is SAFE SAFE SAFE—ANYONE CAN RIDE, grandma and husband safe! My toddler can halter, lead and tack him by herself!
Bass has proven himself as a versatile and dependable equine partner, taking on a variety of roles on the ranch. From having a rope thrown off him and pushing cattle to participating in brandings and allowing children to climb all over him, he shows a gentle and patient temperament that makes him a favorite among riders of all ages. Bass has a neck rein, stops off your voice, and lopes off on command. With hundreds of trail miles under his belt, Bass has explored the breathtaking Rocky Mountains and has also ridden through urban environments, navigating alongside highways and even venturing through drive-thrus. His bombproof nature is truly remarkable; he has yet to encounter a situation that frightens him. Whether it’s dogs, cats, deer, or various livestock, Bass stays calm and composed, making him an ideal trail companion. Recently, Bass has served as a lesson horse for our children and other small toddlers, giving young riders invaluable experience. He’s easy to ride, has a light handle, and can even be ridden bridle-less! His adaptability knows no bounds—we’ve taken him swimming, and he absolutely loves water! Bass confidently crosses any obstacle you point him toward, like bridges, tunnels, rivers, or tarps. He’s not only a joy to ride but also a pleasure to care for—easy for the farrier, self-loads with ease, and bridles effortlessly. His affectionate nature and gentle demeanor make him a delightful companion in the barn or on the trail. There’s not a mean bone in this gelding’s body, and he’s eagerly waiting for his next adventure!
We have ridden Bass downtown for lunch, to Starbucks for coffee in the morning and even ridden him bridleless on our trail!
Come meet this gelding and see why we are so obsessed with him!
